OASL Fall Conference Is Open to All Library Staff (Oct. 12 & 13)

Hi,

I want to make sure that you are aware of the Oregon Association of School Libraries’ Fall Conference. It is October 12th and 13th at Wilsonville High School, and all school library staff and others who are interested are welcome to attend.

If you are a paraprofessional (or licensed librarian) running a library solo, this is an especially good chance to meet other school library folks and to learn about school libraries. Maybe your principal would help pay for this professional development opportunity.

Speakers include authors and illustrators, and there will be sessions about book talks, OSLIS, the Gale databases, LearningExpress Library, and much more.

The early bird registration rate ends on October 1st

If you have questions, you can reach out to the conference folks or ask me.

Thanks,
Jen
