OSLIS Webinar on 4/24
April 3, 2019
4/24/19
Hi,
Here is a link to the recording of the OSLIS webinar about the Learn to Research videos. Start around the 9:50 mark to bypass the setup and a slight hiccup. ;-) During the webinar, I switched several times between the elementary and secondary views, but the features and access points apply regardless of which view I used.
Thanks,
Jen

Hi,
On Wednesday, April 24th at 3:30 pm Pacific, I will offer a webinar about the Learn to Research videos on OSLIS (secondary, elementary). I will cover what they are, how to find them, extra features, and more. I won't talk more than 30 minutes, with the goal of leaving lots of time for questions. Save the date, and I'll share the registration link later. I will try to record the webinar. Library staff, teachers, and others who are interested are welcome to participate. [I removed the registration link after the webinar was recorded.]
FYI, there are many free opportunities to learn via webinar each month, and WebJunction collects a lot of that information. Scroll to the bottom of this WebJunction page for session descriptions. Interested in a webinar that already happened this month? Follow the links, and there will likely be a recording.
Also, check the Gale or LearningExpress Library calendars for webinars -- live or recorded. For the latter, search for "learningexpress” or “job” w/o quotes.
Thanks,
Jen
